Shipping & Returns

Shipping information

All orders are shipped as insured packages from Germany. We ship (almost) worldwide (please see at the checkout). Your order is usually shipped within 2-4 business days after we received your payment, not including special or custom-made products that may take longer or where a longer delivery period is mentioned in the product description.

Please note that unexpected delays may occur over which TARA MENCIA has no control and for which TARA MENCIA is not responsible.

Orders generally cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website. If a package cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible for proper return and original shipping charges. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for orders that are deemed delivered or for which unsuccessful delivery attempts have been made.

Unfortunately, we can’t ship to postbox addresses (e.g., Packstation, Paketshop).

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation by e-mail, which will also contain your tracking number.

With this number you can track your TARA MENCIA package at any time. If you have any further questions about your order, please contact our customer service.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for our insured shipping vary depending on the country we ship to. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.

We offer complimentary shipping for all orders above €300.

 

Duties & taxes

International orders (deliveries outside the EU) may be subject to additional import duties/custom fees and local taxes. Please note that you are responsible for all additional fees associated with your order. Since import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


Returns

If you don´t like what you received or a something did not fit, you can send it back to us within 30 days of receiving your order:

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@taramencia.com.

Please include a note with your invoice number and bankdetails / Paypal address. We gladly exchange unworn and undamaged products in their original packaging or refund if necessary.

We offer free return shipping within Germany. Please note that returns and exchanges are not free outside of Germany.

We only offer exchanges for orders above €300. In all other cases, please return the unwanted design and place a new order.

You'll be refunded as soon as your package is accepted by our returns department at the warehouse. Once it has been accepted it can take up to 5 working days for the money to reach your original payment method.

 

Important for international orders (outside EU):

If you are a customer outside of the EU, we will provide you with 3 commercial invoices. Please make sure you print all 3 of these. One is for you to keep, one is to be included with the shipping label and you must supply one to the driver or the courier office when you send your return package back.
